2012台灣總統大選

以下為網路轉貼，但恰巧地表示了個人心中的看法：

一般，公司在錄取人才時會制定錄取名額及錄取標準，來應徵的人即使很多，也只會錄取公司認為最優秀的前幾名，而不會將符合標準的人都錄取進來。

若來應徵的人少於錄取名額，公司也不會委曲求全不看這些人的能力就全錄取進來，若能力不足能會全部淘汏不錄用，並再重新徵才，畢竟，人才是公司的命脈，若錄取進來的人不符合公司的條件，那便有可能導至公司虧損甚至是倒閉。

但，反觀台灣的選舉卻是，每四年辦總統職缺徵才，來應徵的人總會有一人錄取，不會全部淘汏，即使來應徵的是 扶不起的阿斗、不知人間疾苦的晉惠帝、殘暴的紂王，身為頭家的人民們也只能從中挑選一個，卻無法全將之否決掉。

這樣的選舉真的是蠻可笑的，這就是台灣所謂的「民主」…原來民主就只有在黨派中存在，只是選擇黨派，而非選賢與能。

原來，台灣的民主只能從「爛蘋果」中挑一個比較不爛的，而不能要求政黨推出能力優良、品格高尚的候選人來，原來，台灣的人民在拼經濟上是精明的，但在選舉中卻只是盲目、失去理性、跟隨支持的顏色在起哄，智商尤如三歲小孩般任政黨所蠱惑而不自知。

為何公司挑選人材會用高標準來徵選，而人民們選總統卻只能挑顆稍為不爛的蘋果，難道，一個國家的經營會不如一間公司的經營嗎？

人民應該站出來告訴候選人，你們所承諾的政見一定要做到，而不是先騙選票拿到政權，事後做不到就只會用「無能為力」「趨勢因素」「在野黨的反對」…等等一大堆藉口來推托，最後拍拍屁股閃人，反正薪水也領了，福利也拿到了，管它政見有沒有實現都已經不關他的事了。

但換個角度想，這些因素不都在選舉前就都知道了嗎？即然已知道，那 若做不到為何要應承，應承了卻又做不到，反正做不到就做不到，又不會有什麼懲處，若，人民要求立個法，候選人政見若做不到，需接受什麼懲處或刑責，那相信開空頭支票的候選人就不會有那麼多了吧。

我在網路上找到首爾有三項免費韓語課程：
1.“FREE KOREAN CLASSES”
->看介紹連事先報名都不用，但我還沒去上過，二月開始會去上看看~

2. Korean language course at the Seoul Global Center
->這家免費課程的訊息在網路上也有很多人分享，但問題是報名時間也未免太短了吧！只有兩天的時間，除非天天守在網站上等何時訊息公佈，不然像我看到的時候已經是1/12晚上結束報名以後，大概就是註定讓我上不到這免費課程吧，運氣真的很重要！只能說免費實在太搶手了，兩天報名還可以全滿，而我這種初來乍到的人又比不上當地常住外國人來的消息靈通>"<

上課費用全免，只需自行負擔教科書費用，每次上課一個小時半，每學期三個月。所以一月報名結束後，下次就要等這期上完到四月後才開始報名下一期課程..

2.  How to Apply

ㅇ Application period: Wednesday January 11^th ~ Thursday January 12^th, 2012 (office hour: 9am ~ 6pm)※ Please be advised that we accept registration only during the application period.

ㅇ Application procedure: Actual applicants must visit SGC in person and fill out the form

Online or proxy application is not acceptable.

ㅇ Necessary documents : Alien Registration Card, a copy of the applicant’s color photo (size: 3*4cm)

        ►  Admission will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

►  Admittants will be notified via e-mail individually.ㅇ Placement test: Wednesday January 18^th, Thursday January 19^th

※    According to the test results, applicants could be assigned to a different class from their application.

※  The final confirmation of admission will be notified to the applicants via e-mail by January 31^st individually.

3.       Class size: between 12 and 15 studentsIf classes are all full before the application period is over, the applicants can be put on a waiting list if they would like. If there are drop-outs within the first two weeks, these spots will be filled with people from the waiting list in the order they signed up.

[KR] 일기 14-18과

나는 어제 아침 여덟시 삼십분에 일어났어요. 여덟 시 사십분에 아침 먹어서 오십분에 학교에 갔어요. 아홉 시부터 한 시까지 서울대에서 한국말을 배웠어요. 오후 한 시에 집에 가서 점심을 먹었어요. 그리고, 컴퓨터를 하고 한국어을 공부했어요. 


여섯시 반에 신촌으로 지하찰 사호선을 타고 갔어요. 일곱시 반에 친구을 만나서 커피숍에 갔어요. 우리 커피숍에서 커피와 빵을 먹어서 한국어를 공부했어요. 우리 저기에서 이야기 해서 재미 있었어요. 열시에 길이 복잡해서 지하찰을 탔어요. 


밤 열 시 반에 집에서 샤워 하고 어머니 께 전화 했어요. 그리고, 영어를 공부했어요. 새벽 한 시 삼십분쯤에 잤어요.

Nowadays, a large number of advertisements are aimed at children. Some people think this brings some negative effects and should be banned. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?


Stepping into the new generation of entertainment, the TV advertisement never fails to draw people's attention. Recently an ongoing debate which has become the center of controversy goes like this: "The TV commercials for children ought to be prohibited as they are detrimental to the mental development of kids." In my view, the advertisement on television is beneficial to us more than disadvantage.


First of all, with the information from TV advertisement, people are able to acquire the knowledge of latest goods. Particularly in contemporary world, businessmen are always persuading the their target clients to purchase. And children are one the critical customers by all means, while the one who pay usually are their parents. Among the TV advertisement, most of them concerned with educational purpose. Not only can children be informed of favorable contents, but parents are able to join the growth of their kids.


Nonetheless, there is an increasing number of TV advertisement aimed at children that can lead to addiction, such as fast food, therefore result in an unhealthy life. In addition, by the influence of amazing screen effects, children tend to demand parents buying toys or food showed on TV for them, developing an overconsumed behavior sequentially, which can affect their mind after growing up.


In summary, the TV advertisement for children is not necessary to be completely banned, but need to be under scrutiny of the authorities. With the cautious examination, it ends up children can enjoy a happy and healthy childhood.

After reading these articles on Taiwanese prestigious business magazine-天下, I found that these kind of professional journalists do not know Korea more than I expect. Further, in these reports they evidently focus on the negative sides of Korean society, such as: competitiveness, overpressure, rocket soared living cost, seeking to be number one, social conflict, realism,... That is right, there is no doubt that these are real problems current Korean society faces. However, this is not all about Korea. The journalists would rather to observe and depict those they want. In my view, this is only compensation for their mind, or for Taiwanese as Korea has defeated us in many fields. To the reporters, working hard in Taiwan is deemed "diligent", while in Korea is "stressful". Don't they know Taiwan is also ranked one of the most stressful country in the world? If it is put this way: "There is a country in Asia, competitive, overworked, living cost has been risen, social conflict exacerbated, people becoming realistic..." Is this Taiwan or Korea? 

From 2012, the basic salary in Taiwan has been raised to $18,780 NTD with merely $900 NTD increase. A good news seemingly. But it turns out that this is just the fourth time rise since 15 years ago. The government claimed that this is the highest increased amount compared with previous time. How pathetic! In that case, that means it takes every 3 years that Taiwanese labors can earn hundreds of Taiwanese dollars more than before. Nowadays the basic salary for Korean labor is around $23,500 NTD.(台灣基本工資低韓國2成) With this speed, then it would probably need another 15 years that Taiwan can catch up Korea, and Korea must cannot raise their salary within this period. Not to mention the wider gap of average salary...

In terms of Korean culture, the Korea government has put a lot of efforts on promoting to the world. Personally I am not a fan of Korean food and K-pop. To me, the balls on the hat tie of Korean oldtime soldier look funny; Korean palace is small and boring, way below than Chinese palace and Japanese castle. I know none of Korean stars. But Korean does have the confidence to be proud of themselves, and show the world, which is why their culture can prosper and enchant everyone.

Last but not least, Korea has become a furious society these days. Not only are the students suffering from thousands of examinations, but also employees are seeking for better jobs. Parents have to pay abundant fund and attention to their children; while labor always start early and work late. Isn't it so in Taiwan? The discrepancy is that Korean can work for an affluent life, while Taiwanese people are struggling to survive. In addition to that, there is a increasing number of people starts learning skills like second language before or after work. They all strive to be succeed. Nonetheless, in the social development process, the suicide rate increases each year with other related problems happen among Korean society. Also the huge monster as Samsung, LG and Hyundai...are becoming the fatal bombs of Korea. These large companies are so powerful that can even control the whole country within one second. But what if they collapsed, then what would Korea be? Having said that, it is those big companies who lead Korea to the present success with government's fully support. Maybe Korean is not ready yet to deal above assumed situation...

In brief, you can choose not to like Korea, but cannot neglect it.

看完天下雜誌的這系列四小龍文章報導後，我發現這些所謂專業記者報導的韓國並不如我預期深入。在這些文章裡，他們很明顯的聚焦在關於韓國負面的報導上，例如：競爭、壓力過大、高漲的生活成本、好勝心、社會衝突、現實...。沒錯，這些毫無疑問是韓國社會目前所面臨的問題。然而，這並不是全部的韓國。這些記者寧願記錄他們想看到的部份，在我看來，這只是對於他們心理的補償，或者應該說是對台灣人，畢竟韓國在許多方面都擊敗了我們。對於這些記者來說，努力工作在台灣叫「勤奮」；在韓國就變成「壓力過大」。他們難道不知道台灣同時也是世界上壓力最大的國家之一嗎？如果把報導換成：「在亞洲有一個國家，社會競爭激烈、每人工時過長、物價指數上漲、社會貧富衝突日益擴大、人心趨於現實...」請問這是指台灣還是韓國？

從2012年開始，台灣的基本薪資調漲至18,780台幣，只漲了九百元。表面上看起來是個好消息，但這只是自15年前以來的第四次調漲，政府還表示這已是調漲以來最高的幅度。多麼悲哀啊！這麼說的話，代表每三年，台灣勞工才能賺比以前多幾百塊。目前韓國的基本薪資是23,500台幣。照這種速度的話，也就表示台灣的基本薪資或許需要再15年才可以趕上韓國，而且期間韓國必須不可以調漲才行。更別提差異更大的平均薪資了。


至於韓國文化，韓國政府花了很多心思來推廣到全世界。但個人並不是韓國飲食或流行的愛好者。對我來說，韓國古代士兵帽帶上的珠珠看起來很滑稽；韓國宮殿又小又沒可看性，遠不如中國皇宮跟日本城堡。韓國明星我一個也不認識。但韓國人就是有這個自信，以他們的文化為榮，展示給全世界看。這也是為什麼他們的文化在今日得以流行並吸引大家。


最後，韓國在今日已是一個競爭激烈的社會，不僅學生被數以千計的考試所折磨；員工也想盡辦法要找更好的工作。父母花了大把金錢跟時間關心小孩；勞工們總是早出晚歸，台灣不也是如此嗎？差異只在於韓國人可以得到更富裕的生活；而台灣人卻只能為區區五斗米折腰。除此之外，也有越來越多的人在工作之餘，開始學習第二技能如外語。他們如此努力要成功。然而在社會發展的過程中，自殺率年年升高，同時也有許多衍生問題在韓國社會中產生。而三星、樂金、現代...等巨大怪獸也成為韓國的致命炸彈。這些大公司是如此強大，甚至可以在瞬時間控制整個國家。但如果有一天他們倒了，那麼韓國將會變成怎麼樣？儘管如此，韓國今日的成功也是因為這些擁有政府全力支持的大公司，或許，韓國人還沒準備好那一天的來臨吧。

總之，你可以不喜歡韓國，但不可以忽視它。






P.S. 看到天下雜誌稱韓國中年婦女為「歐巴桑」就覺得實在很沒有sense，歐巴桑這詞乃是日本傳過來的，而韓語本身就已經有特定的名稱來稱呼韓國中年婦女－「阿珠抹哩」或「阿珠媽」，她們可說是撐起韓國半邊天的偉大族群。在台灣用日語稱韓國的中年婦女；那還倒不如用韓語直接稱呼。

The environment problems facing today's world are so great that there is little ordinary people can do to improve the situation. Government and large companies should be responsible for reducing the amount of damage being done to the environment.

Stepping into the new millennium, the environmental issue never fails to attract people's concern. Recently an ongoing debate which has become the center of controversy goes like this: "who is responsible for the environmental preservation: the authority, the enterprise, or the individual? In my view, these three perspectives are equally crucial.(inextricably intertwined)

It is an indisputable fact that the authority plays an important role in protecting the environment. With all the revenues contributed by taxpayers, government is capable of engaging great projects to improve our environment, such as urban renewal, water preservation, resource recycling... Furthermore the authority has the power to manipulate the environmental protection laws and regulations, and punish those who contaminated our living spaces.

On the other hand, the responsibility of enterprise should not be neglected. It is commonly believed that the majority of pollution comes along with the production process from each factory. Our land is suffering from the detrimental substance while the corporations making profits, which is absolutely intolerable. The corporations should therefore realize the benefit of being friendly to the environment. By doing so, corporation can not only prompt self-image, but to build the mouth reputation from consumers.


Meanwhile, some may argue that there is little individuals can do to save our planet. However, if everyone is willing to act, then the power of seventy billion people can be massive, thus the influence. The behavior of environment conservation can range from turning off lights after use, depleting less resource...etc. 


To conclude, I believe by coordinating and cooperating the endeavors of government, large companies and ordinary people, the green world will be in just around the corner.
